First Billing Services, a Paya company, will be performing routine maintenance to our transaction processing platforms on Saturday, April 17th, 2021, beginning at 12:00 AM and ending no later than 5:00 AM EDT. This scheduled maintenance is part of our ongoing effort to provide the most robust transaction processing experience possible.
During the maintenance window, businesses may experience brief, intermittent outages, and may be unable to submit transactions, settlements, or reporting inquiries to the Payment Gateway until after our maintenance is completed. For citizens accessing First Choice during this window, we have posted a notice about planned downtime and have advised that payment acceptance will be unavailable until maintenance is complete.
Every effort will be made to keep the planned service interruption as brief as possible. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your patience while we complete these updates.
